Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva - Il Monte Caro
With Amarone Riserva we wanted to honour the traditions and old sensorial paths. We did it without forgetting our style and so combining the warmth and gentle tannin coming from the oak aging with our most typical balsamic hint. We value the three months of 'appassimento' very much. We do it by using also the natural winds that run through the Mount as the drying process needs to be slow and then by ageing this wine without covering the aromas of the grapes.
